LD correlation matrix reference file, where can I find it?

I am searching for a website where I can download LD correlation (r^2) matrices for (any) European population. My interest is in SNPs (preferably rsid as indices. If not genomic locations for grch37/grch38). The data can be divided by chromosome or not. In order to make it clear, I don't want a tool to create my own matrix, I want to download a reference matrix/matrices. The more standard the better.
