I have to plot the heatmap representing distances between beta-carbons. (considering alpha-carbons when the CB is missing). I can calculate distances between CA, but when I try with CB error arise. Suggestion?

Please replace the screenshots with actual text of the code. You can use 101010 button to format the text as code which keeps it nicely formatted. No one is going to type this code in if they need to use the code to debug.
