Gene programs algorithms

Hello everyone!

Currently, I am studying gene programs (try to identify the active ones).

I was wondering if there are some program which use custom gene set as input. Then tell me if these gene program are active. Also it will be greatif they specify in which cells the programs are. I tried to use nichenet to do this, however, it did not go well
