Public datasets with textual chest CT radiology reports are limited but here is what is out there:

• CT-RATE: Multimodal dataset from Istanbul Medipol University (25,692 CT volumes from 21,304 patients).
• ReXGroundingCT: CT-RATE extension for grounding text to 3D segmentations
• CT-RATE-JPN: Japanese translation of CT-RATE reports for multilingual NLP
