Analyzing aCGH dataset using R Programming

Hello, I am trying to analyze this aCGH dataset using R Programming hoping to identify CNVs and DEGs from the dataset. I am still new into the field and I have only learned on how to perform DEAs using expression dataset. I have not been able to find any tutorial or guide on how to perform CNVs using aCGH dataset. And this is actually the first time I am trying to analyze aCGH dataset, hoping that posting the question here might get some assistance or guidance from the community. Any assistance and help is very much appreciated, thank you in advance.
