Hi,

To assess copy number (CN) noise across my sample I want to calculate the MAPD(Median Absolute Pair-wise Difference) value but I don't know any tools that do that. I know we can calculate MAD(Median Absolute Deviation) using CNVKit, but how to proceed further? My input is a BAM file for Tumour and I do not have a normal.

Any input will be appreciated, Thank you
