What I'm trying to do is to upload my WGS genomic data to Sterling's app from mthfrsupport.com. The fact is the only format accepted is 23andme format, I used the software WGSExtract for generate different .txt files: v5, v3 and a merged version containing the SNPs from both chips, but the only ones the website accept are the format of v3 and v5, it doesn't accept the merged version (even if the format is still in 23andme style) I was wondering if it's there a way out of this. What could be the reason it doesn't recognize the file? is there a way I can edit it?
