I have a question regarding the use of CGmaptools for dmr analysis. I have a dataset of 6 CGmap
files which I have intersected using the cgmaptools intersect function in preparation for
DMR analysis. However, when I run cgmaptools dmr, my script returns an empty output file.
I have inspected my input CGmap intersect files and there doesn't appear to be any issues with their formatting. I have attached the script I am using below for reference.
Can anyone help with this?
