Merged CRAM output

Hi here I recently merged a bunch of CRAM files with samtools. One thing I notice is that for each one of them the .log output reported the following:

[W::cram_populate_ref] Creating reference cache directory /home/<user>/.cache/hts-ref
This may become large; see the samtools(1) manual page REF_CACHE discussion
/home/<user>/.cache/hts-ref/67/43/bd63b3ff2b5b8985d8933c53290a.tmp_190396_1_2002190447: No such file or directory
/jarvis/scratch/usr/<user>/pap_6103717

It doesn't seem an immediate concern, and otherwise the process went smoothly; in fact, the merged CRAMs were generated successfully. However, I was wondering whether I should worry about the consistency of the files because of this warning. Let me know, thanks in advance!
