Hello, Could we apply scanpy on 1k pbmc data , 10k pbmc , etc or it's only applied on 3k pbmc ?

Not sure what you mean. ScanPy is a framework to analyse single-cell data in Python. You can apply it to any single-cell data, and need to be more specific for an elaborate answer. Show code and data for proper help, pointing out the problem.
scanpy for data filtring and clustering. In fact all the tutorials thatI found were applied 3k PBMC that's why I'm posting this question ( https://scanpy-tutorials.readthedocs.io/en/latest/pbmc3k.html )
Well, they have to use some data for the tutorial, and pbmc3 is a common and publically available one, but you can use anything of course.
