Comparative analysis of NGS platforms for data analysis

Hi i am a student of bioinformatics and working on a research project so i have to compare NGS platforms and select best sequencer platforms among three platforms as Illumina, Ion torrent and oxford nanopore. I did data analysis and generated vcf files now how to compare results and which parameters indicates that which is best platforms among these three please help.

Best in terms of what? These are three different platforms with different purposes, especially Illumina vs Oxford Nanopore is short vs long read technology. Please elaborate.
