Hi,
I was doing pySCENIC on Jupyter notebook (following PBMC 10k dataset tutorial) I tried running grn on a 95K cells using 20 cores, 256GiB memory. but it has been running for three days and it's still going on.
Is this normal or something wrong with it?
How many time was required to complete the pycenic grn run?
