Hi all,

I have a question regarding c. variants (e.g. c.224T>C, c.209G>W). If the variant is denoted as >R, M, or W what does the R, M, and W mean as those aren’t standard nucleotides? I tried looking this up on ClinVar, but couldn't find anything?

Thank you Harry
