Nice and interesting blog post!

Do you think it could be possible to do a multiomics data integration model (or similar) with data from transcriptomics, cytometry and cytokines to classify patients?

yes, I think so. one simple thing to do is to concatenate all the features in to a big matrix and use those features across modality to do classification.

sorry, it would be too much to ask you if you could do an example? maybe in a post or something.. I'm really interested in this but I'm really lost how to do it. Thank you in advance!
