How to find commutation using plink?

I have my data in PLINK format (fam, bim, bed). What would be the PLINK command to search for commutation in pairs of genes in ~500K individuals? Or would you point me to the relevant information on PLINK's documentation? I couldn't find anything :(

I could of course write my own script, but I was wondering if this had already been implemented on PLINK.
