Drawing label around clusters

Dear Fellows,

Do you know how we can draw a line around cluster and put label like the figure I attached. I used Seurat so Really appreciate your help for doing this in dimplot in Seurat. in advance!

My guess is that those lines were drawn free-style - by hand.
