Hi.
I am trying to assemble long-reads using Miniasm in NanoGalaxy. Before running with Miniasm, I first map the reads via Minimap 2 (all-vs-all option) to generate a PAF file. However, whenever I run the assembly in Miniasm, using default settings, I always get empty tables. Can anyone help me figure out what went wrong? By the way, the assembled contigs will be used for metabarcoding.
