Hi I used TopMed to impute chrX(human). Once I got the results back, to my surprise, males are still haploid as opposed to females that are diploid. This messes up my downstream analysis. I need everyone to be diploid. How can I make every one diploid so that I can use Regenie for GWAS?

Thanks a lot
