I'm trying to estimate evolutionary rates using r8s v1.8.1 and when it gets to the cross validation step I keep getting this error:
MinND returned failure in ConstrOpt on initial search (may restart!)
MinND returned failure in ConstrOpt on initial search (may restart!)
MinND returned failure in ConstrOpt (while retrying)
filling the screen. I've tried many different starting points (i.e., cvstart=__), different smoothing parameters from 0.01-1000, and different intervals, but it continues to fail on this step and not finish the run. Is there something I need to adjust with the parameter space I'm sampling?
