Looking at this heatmap, could someone explain to me why the NM mutant column is larger than the others? Mind you the gene list, is a combined gene list. So, the genes are found in all the mutants. So, i am lost on why this could be, i would just like a better understanding since i'm not very familiar with heatmaps. Thank you! (Again, sorry i cannot show the full heatmap its for a paper in the works)
These look like Sample name groups from your previous question. What does a gene list have to do with this when the number of columns in each group corresponds to the number of samples in each sample type?
I was just trying to give as much information as possible because i know that helps ppl answer questions better. I already figured the answer to this question though, so thank you
