How can I interpret the Sparse PLS discriminant analysis created using biplot

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the bioinformatics area as a medical student. We have a project investigating differences in microbiome composition between infants with different allergies.

The graph below was created using the sparse-PLS discriminant analysis method. I know the meaning and possible results of this method's results, but I couldn't interpret the biplot below. Dots correspond to different patient groups. How can I interpret it?
