Good afternoon,

I am interested to see whether for the expression of one gene I can identify any clusters in single cell data. Do we have a certain sub-population of cells with high expression of that gene?

It is the first time I am working with single cell data but I have been told that there are tools available to answer this question. Can anyone point me at these tools or guide me on where to find more information on this?
