PAML Troubleshooting Help

Hi Im using the paml program for the (dN) and (dS) substitution ratio (dN/dS) of genes.

i run the CODEML/codeml4.10.6 codeml-sites.ctl | tee logfile_codeml-sites.txt but i got Error: species 'KR568314' in tree file not found in the sequence alignment file.

The error appears pretty clear, but without supplying your input it's hard to tell. Do you have a sequence called KR568314 in your alignment file? It appears it is missing.
