Hello,

After reading this paper: I would like to get all miRNA they found and it seems there is a bioproject with data containing list of miRNA :

Data Availability ... And miRNA raw data generated in this study was deposited in the NCBI Sequence Read 355 Archive (SRA) under BioProject ID PRJNA980591.

Using tools under linux like this :

esearch -db bioproject -query PRJNA980591 |elink -target nuccore|efetch -format fasta

I can get info but how can I get the miRNA informations ?

Thanks you !

It seems the data for this BioProject is not publicly available yet. It is a good practice to check first on the NCBI website.

Thank you, I had thought about this possibility but I don't see where it is indicated on the NCBI website: : https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/PRJNA980591/

Is it possible to know when this data will be available? Thank you again for your answer.

You can directly ask authors but as it is still on bioRxiv I don't think they can share this data with you until it get published somewhere.

I it was available then you would see entries there. Still, be aware that this is raw sequencing data, so it's not just a list of miRNAs. Check the paper for supplementary data, or just email the corresponding author and ask for the miRNA assembled sequenced.
