Hello everyone,

I'm new to using WGCNA and have been exploring tutorials, but the developer's websites have been under maintenance for weeks. Therefore, I'd like to ask about the potential applications of this methodology and if this analysis can be tailored to my data.

Specifically, I'm interested in using WGCNA as a potential gene predictor. I have RNA-seq data from various tissues of a nematode, with each tissue having 3 to 4 replicates. Is it feasible to apply WGCNA in this way?

Thank you.
