Hey there folks, I've been trying conda recently however I'm still struggling, I have come to encounter protologger git hub, and also galaxy, but was wondering if I'm able to perform batch upload of genome in protologger? since they need both 16S rRNA sequence and genome sequence file at the same time. if possible may i know how should i prompt my terminal to perform batch upload?
maybe you may ask why i didn't provide my code and request for answer directly? well the short answer is, i m insecure with my coding skills, so i want to see how other people code. generally, yeah i feel stupid lol. sorry guys
