Hi! I followed the protocol provided by the paper: Cao,Longxing,et al."Design of protein-binding proteins from the target structure alone".Nature,vol.605,2022,pp.551-560,https://doi.org/10.1038/s41586-022-04654-9.

I tried to run rifdock but I got a problem when the log of rifdock commands show Align to target. It shows Sementation fault(core dumped), when I ran the core file: It shows : signal 11. I compiled rifdock under Rosetta 3.9, gcc-6.3.0, boost 1.83. That is part of my logfile: ============================================== compile and filter results ==============================================

redundancy_filter_mag 0.5A "rmsd" going throuth 10K results (1 thread): * going throuth all results (threaded): sort compiled results

ALIGN TO TARGET Before the error report I could see the silent file name was provided such like: HHH_bc_11666.silent. But the file is empty. Could someone please tell me how to solve this problem? Thank you so much!
