Hello,
I am currently using CD-Search to retrieve protein domains, and I've encountered situations where the software reports a superfamily. While I can manually enter CDD to obtain members of certain superfamilies, this approach isn't always feasible. Additionally, I'm attempting to automate this process because I need to search for around 100 superfamilies. I've attempted to use Entrez, but so far, I haven't been successful.
If you have any suggestions or guidance on improving the automation of this search, I would greatly appreciate it.

Can you give an example of what you have and what you are looking to get?
I received the following result from a Conserved Domain Database (CDD) search:
Superfamily: cl42362 YcjR superfamily
However, when I perform a search using Entrez for the members of this superfamily, I obtain no results. Strangely, upon accessing this link, I can observe two members.
