BigWig file Normalization

Hi, Could you guide me for the normalization of the bigwig file based on RPM should I first normalize bedgraph file and then generate bigwig or not? And which tools are appropriate? I used this command: bamCoverage -b SRR21230488_marked_duplicates.bam -o output.bw --normalizeUsing RPKM Best
