Docker container not running (or stopping immediately)

Hello there,

After plenty of troubleshooting all the last days, I decided to ask your help! I have created a dockerfile for the analysis of NGS raw data (actually downloaded it from github and made it specific for our experiment), a docker image and the following container. I checked that the image and the container exist, the executable of Docker is in the PATH and the whole Docker is properly installed. The docker run command for the execution of the container still returns nothing and the troubleshooting support that the container has entered either a blocking or a disabled state. I would appreciate any help, as I am stuck at this situation more than a week. Thanks!
