Hi all,

Anyone here ever faced the challenge of needing to extract pathogen-specific TCRs from a T-cell receptor repertoire? Or wanted to know the epitope-specificity of a set of interesting TCRs?

Then it might be interesting to check out the ImmuneWatch DETECT platform. The bioinformatic tool can annotate a full TCR repertoire in < 2 minutes and was recently found to be the best performer in a Kaggle competition.
