Geo2R - extremely high foldchange

Hi. I am performing geo2R with this dataset. GSE4226 I have taken all male samples. I could not find sig. adj p-values, so went with p-value (as per many publications) However the logFC for down reg (-91) and up reg (+41) gene is extremely high or low. I am not sure if I show carry forward my analysis.
