Hello! I am downloading some data from ENA:

https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/browser/view/SRX5676964

It is a paired end file (it has two fastq files, which makes sense), but there are two run accessions.

The experimental accessions are the same, so I am getting confused on which set I am supposed to download? What does two different run accession IDs mean?

which set I am supposed to download?

As best as I can tell these appear to be technical sequencing replicates of the same sample. They have the same sample name. You should download both sets. You could then cat then R1 and R2 files from respective samples.
