Just to reinterpret this. Requirements:

  • Virology
  • Web frameworks (presumably Django, Flask, or React)
  • Data engineering (ETL frameworks usually SnowFlake, Glue, or Spark)
  • Databases: SQL and/or noSQL (probably mySQL)
  • Evolutionary biology (probably trees)

This is a request for a full-stack developer with data engineering, virology and preference for data science evolutionary biology.

Thats not quite how industry delineates its skill base: full-stack vs engineering vs data science are 3 separate disciplines.

The essential requirements are web/databases and the virology/evolutionary are desirable.
