Considerations for nanopore adaptive sampling enrichment designing

I want to use adaptive sampling to sequence a panel of diseases, some monogenic, some CNV, etc. Are there any considerations like target length and so on? The only one I have seen in the nanopore community is that the total length of target sequences should be less than 10% of the genome.

I can't tell you what exactly the applied rules and considerations are (because I was not involved in the project), but a colleague of mine has written a web-application exactly for that purpose, and the project team made some successful test runs at our facility using that tool:
