Hi Biostars,

Anyone have an idea why the number of intersect between list A and B is not correct in the upsetplot? The reason I ask this question is because when use intersect() to check if the over number in the plot is correct, it was a little lower then the correct number. I also check that each list has unique item, not duplicate. Thank you so much!

Please provide sample data.

I've never had an issue with lower intersections than expected with upset plots when using the R package UpSetR).

Thank you. I think the reason is because upset plot shows the intersect only in A and B not in C, that why the number is lower. Upset plot doesn't show the intersect A and B also in C.
