How to identify the phylogenetic node age of RNAs?

Dear all,

I have information on specific RNAs that are present or absent in specific sets of species. Based on their presence or absence pattern in a phylogenetic tree, I want to give a relative node age to each RNA. Say a specific RNA appears to be present in a set of species, so the relative node age of that RNA should be the node age of the first organism it has been present.

Is there any tool for this purpose? Thank you.
