I have a sample of a mixture of DNA from two different individuals (human) and I want to separate the reads sequenced by Nanopore (long reads) from each person. Does it exist a software that can do this or do I have to implement it myself?

Thank you!

Were these samples barcoded when they were run. If not then you won't be able to do much.

No... the extracted sample is already a mix so no way to barcode

If you have independent information available (e.g. genotype data for both individuals) then you may be able to assign reads based on the presence of SNP.
