I purchased data from UKB, but recently UKB shows that the download facility has been switched off. And my UKB data application has not been approved and has been reviewed for several weeks. The previous application was approved within a week. May I ask if anyone knows why? Has anyone encountered the same situation as me?
We’ve also been experiencing similar download problems from the UK Biobank over the past month. Just wanted to let you know that it’s not just you – it seems to be a global download outage. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon.
