miRNA analysis workflow from total RNA Sequencing

Hello all, Can you share a workflow for analyzing miRNAs from Total RNA-Seq (NGS)? Thanks

Smaller inserts (which will include miRNA) are normally removed duing total RNA library prep. So you will likely not be able to find usable miRNA data from Total RNAseq.
