making a circos for snps indels and SV

Hi,

I have to generate a circos plot with tracks for each type of variants such as SNPs, INDELs, CNV and Structural variations.

I have called SNP and Indel calling through GATK. Structural variation calling through Lumpy.

Pleas guide how can i plot a cricos for Lolium perenne.
