Hi, Is there a cloud-based link, where I can download all the files that Bionumerics offered to us after it has been discontinued?

It is not clear if this software was commercial or open source (there was a .com in the name of the site) but in any case it is clearly discontinued/unavailable. You are better off looking for alternatives than trying to find an unreliable source.
