Hi everyone.I am a new member. How can i design primers for specific gene using Biopython or Primer3

While you can use command line tools you may find it easy to simply use this web front end: https://primer3.ut.ee/ , https://www.primer3plus.com/index.html

Or use NCBI Primer design tool: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/tools/primer-blast/
