Dear all, We are glad to announce the upcoming Transmitting Science online course: Bioinformatic tools for transcriptomic data analyses.

This interactive course is aimed at researchers interested in exploring the bioinformatic pipelines and computational approaches applied to transcriptomic datasets. Across ten days, participants will be introduced to a variety of tools and strategies to handle RNA-seq data — from pre-processing and mapping, to differential expression analyses, functional annotation, and integration with other omics data. Real datasets and reproducible workflows will be used throughout the sessions.
