I'm trying to get ahold of gene expression data from many experiments such as that used here.
Unfortunately, I'm not even very clear on what the data is, I thought it was time-dependent gene expression and I found an example in the provided code for a paper that used the same database. However, there's something weird going on with that data, there's random 100 and 110 values in there which I don't know what they mean. My notes on this are here.
In fact that example code might be the whole database as it seems to be the same length as the whole list of yeast ORFs, but I'm really just guessing here.
In any case, is there a database of gene expression time courses available somewhere such as that used in both of those papers? Or have I got the wrong end of the stick and this data I'm looking at isn't even a time course?
