Hi,
I have been trying to install bassovac somatic caller, but keep on getting this error during make step.
undefined reference to `pthread_getspecific'
I googled problem, got some similar result, but I am not sure where to the suggested changes. If anyone has used the programme, please suggest me on installation part.
