I'm using Rvtests for association of exome chip genotypes with a quantitative phenotype. The SKAT test runs fine with default parameters, but when I try to change the alpha error and variant weighting parameters like this:

--kernel skat[nPerm=100:alpha=0.001:beta1=1:beta2=20]

I get an error message:

zsh: no matches found: skat[nPerm=100:alpha=0.001:beta1=1:beta2=20]

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Thanks!

Luca

Problem solved... The zsh shell had trouble sorting out the []. Switching to bash shell works.
