segmentation fault (core dumped) in IGBlast

I'm analyzing antibodies and I'm using IGBlastn standalone for it. I have created my own database using makeblastdb. When running it gives the error Segmentation fault (core dumped). Does anyone know how to fix this?

According to Blastn Segmentation Fault it appears that the query is too long/the number of queries is too large. A good idea would be to split data in several chunks. Please also check out this IgBlastWrapper, specially designed to handle antibody libraries
