I am trying to use a microarray data file and I'm getting this kind of error.I m posting the pic.Any one please suggest me what to do
as it is said, your software expects an integer ( 1 , 2, 3) for the first row but you're giving a word ("A_23_2323"). Change the content of the column
I think the first column refers to the feature ID ,so would it be good if I change I mean asking if I change then would't be the data get affected.?
