Hi,
I have a pattern as shown below
H-X(287)-H-X(1)-H-X(49)-H
H-X(42)-H-X(343)-H
Where the range is bit long and I am not able to run using this long range patterns in regular standalone blast. Can have a python script to run this or do we have any other option to run such long range patterns
